01/Overview

An HR platform where onboarding, leave and reviews share one timeline per person.

Orbit gives every employee a single timeline: contract, equipment, onboarding tasks, time off and reviews, in order. HR teams stop chasing spreadsheets; managers see what’s next for each person.

Onboarding checklists are shared between HR, IT and the new hire’s buddy, so nothing falls between departments.

03/Jury verdict

In the jury’s words.

Orbit fixes the hand-offs where onboarding usually breaks. A useful, honest product for a neglected audience.
